Which delegate is humble, respectful, and tolerant and would demonstrate great personal qualities on tour throughout the world? These questions are specifically designed for exactly that.

Why on earth will they need interpreter ?? Becuase thru that they can buy sometime to think theirs answers!! just like last year Miss Mexico also use interpreter. since then 90% of all her tv interviews are all in english.. Lets be honest these woman are all pretty but that is obviously CHEATING !!

@zn4047 actually 3 areas ang pinaglalabanan in choosing the winner. the scores during the swimsuit (top16) the evening gown (top 10) and Q and A(top 5) are added in choosing the winner... shamcey may have gave the best answer in the Q and A portion but maybe in some areas she scored a little lower than angola.. that gave her, her rank... yan kasi ang batayan.. di lg ang q and a. hehehe congrats shamcey u made us proud.
