1:24-1:26 - Who are these three people whom the cameraman feels the need to focus on every few minutes? They're not doing anything particularly interesting. In fact, they seem lost and confused. It's as if they don't even know that they're being filmed.

The three guys you are referring to are the "bad guys"...when this band shows up to town, the town council does not tolerate it and are trying to keep the band out of town.
