The song by Fishbone is CHANGE. This is them covering Changes by 2pac. Changes and Change are completely different and have nothing to do with eachother. You're getting them mixed up. Changes by 2pac was release in about 1995 and Change by Fishbone 1989...completely different

It is a Tupac song that Fishbone covered for a compilation that was made in support of Obama. The Tupac song (Changes) sampled hornsby's song (That's Just the Way it is) and Fishbone covered it in their own style. Since the Hornsby song was huge when it was popular, I am sure that Tupac was sampling it and not stealing it. Fishbone covered it with the lyrics exactly the same as Pac's.
