We agree.
At some point, as is always the case, the loophole was found, or the "spirit" of the policy was ignored, and human nature kicked into high gear.
Now, some focus is needed at the top. Someone is trying to accomplish something much more daunting that righting the ship. The agenda being pushed takes advantage of the symptoms to nurse the injuries, to appease the patient, make him feel he is cared for, but does little to right the ship. Sorry for all the analogies. They fit.

Don't get too excited about having health care, especially with Kathleen Sebelius as Health Secretary. Kathleen Sebelius did a very poor job as beening Governor of Kansas. She is so bad at governing the state that the people of Kansas will we receiving IOU's instead of a tax refund check, same as the poeple of California. I'm not trying to say that Clinton is without fault. His presidency though, followed many of the neo-liberal economic policies which the modern conservative movement espoused. It's is this form of free market fundamentalism that helped ruin this nation. It is completely apart from traditional liberal social values which conservatives hate. honestly, you don't know very much about the way the banking system works or the modern conservative movemens (i.e buckley, reagan) affiliation with it. Reagan, while espousing free market ideology had the most protectionist economy in post WWII era.
