Im wearing regular clothes and floating right by the Ten Foot Basketball Rim! With the Chance to be in the NBA , the league would be dominate by someone half their height and size!

  • Stay away from AA. Use Jump Manual or Vertical Jump Bible.

    AirAlert -> I gained around 2-4 inches in 15 weeks +my left knee (main jumping leg) was insanly sore (I suspect exercises Thurst Ups and Burn Outs)

    Vertical Jump bible -> I read that ppl average around 8-10 inch gains in 12 weeks.

    Haven't read Jump Manual, but I heard it was good.

  • @igotpurplesocks1 I think you have no chance touching the rim by week 15 with aa . Sorry :) You have some chance though injuring your knees or exhausting your central nervous system . You can give us some feedback about your results

  • what if your legs aren't so strong to do any of air alert? do u need strengthen your all leg muscles? and what about your knees can u have a injury from air alert? please reply anyone

  • @Incorepted Since air alert is all about doing MANY dozins of repetitions of vertical leaps MUCH lower than your max, then it has nothing to do with requiring/building leg strength, rather than your leg muscles ENDURANCE. That's why you will only get begginer gains in the first 1-1,5 month, because all it does is exercising your leg muscles endurance instead of their strength/explosiveness

    As for your knees, yes there is a danger with aa when you EXHAUST your legs with 100s of repetitions

  • @Mizzles240 no.. on odd weeks you do monday wednesday friday, and the same thing everyday... with extra on wednesday and on even weeks you go tuesday wednesday thursday with a little harder stuff

  • i couldnt touch the rim a few months ago. didnt do any programs and i can now get half my hand above the rim and i didnt do any jump program in that time, altho i cycled a lot and jumped a lot while practising basketball

  • I'm on my 4th week and I'm 165cm tall ( looked at my license which was made last year ) I noticed I can jump higher, but not super high or dunk. Maybe I need to do it more? But yes, air alert works ( to a point )!

    @gondaime1 yes fok, don't worry about air alert. It is a bad prgram well at least is not the most alternative way to train. If you want to buy programs, buy a whole informational book with full of mechanics, physics and solid principles and not just mere vid with chart.   • What was your vert before aa? And I'm a girl so I think that's why I'm not gaining we have different muscle structure I'm now at end of 3rd week and its not incresed since I started and I'm not just doing aa alone I'm also doing plyos and adding weight to workouts as well as focusing on speed and power and its not working I see a difference though in my calfs and quads but no jump and I see difference in speed running but no explosiveness in jump! Help!!!

  • @TheJerkawokeez ahh man i got 2 inches in the first 2 weeks. i dont kno if ur doin anything wrong but just make sure that u put 110% into every jump in this workout or it most likely wont work

    First, nothing works in 4 weeks of span. Second I doubt they ever gain anything because of air alert. They were either shitting or something, the only thing you can gain in this program is prioception and basic jump patterns. This isn't ideal way to do plyometrics. Do the real one rather

  • All id did when i was younger was just try my hardest to jump and touch the rim after a while when i got serious and put some serious effort and training into it i was dunking in games.

  • I'm on week 4. By far the toughest thing I've ever done to my body. I can dunk already but not off 2 feet yet. Hoping to by the end of the programme.

    Defo recommend it but it takes a lot of effort man.

  • @DrHearbalGreen VERY TRUE. This actually happened to me the other week when i was dunking and i didnt stretch my legs and i pulled my groin. Luckily it was minor and i could still play after i stopped for a while.

  • Well I'm 180cm in metric:) But now something wrong with my back I'm not saying that it's because of AA3. So I think I couldn't dunk again right now. Well if you finish all the course of AA3 I'm pretty sure that you will dunk just be careful and watch for your health. Good luck:)

    i´m working on a 360, but i only can do it with a size 6 ball

  • yes it does work...with aa3 i added maybe 6 inches to my vert. but since i´m doin it my left knee hurts alot after playing bball and also when i´m jumping. but it will definitely work for you...

  • yeah, stick with it and eat properly and within 2 weeks you will notice a significant difference

  • hey i'm 6'1 , 17 y/o and just started doing air alert 4 (done it twice, still in first week). I usually can grab the rim with my fingertips but today i couldn't even touch it. Is this normal?   • ya thats suppose to happen your jump decreases because your working new muscles.Your jump is going to be higher by week 3

  • you are over working your muscles. no one can tell you when you will start to gain. muscles can only strengthen when they rest.

  • sort of it means that ur muscles r developing but not as fast as they could its best to start of small and then add weight maybe to feel more of a burn

    doesnt reaaly help with explosiveness and can make u a slow jumper.

  • in beginning i could barely touch rim now i use air alert on week 5 and can dunk with a volleyball.

  • not to talk bad about the program, but i don't recommend u to buy air alert...the program involves repetition of 6 different plyometric moves and only the amount of reps increases over time. It works on some people but not on everybody. And many complained that they had a knee pain after completing the program. PM me if you wanna jump higher. Maybe I can help with some stuffs.

  • That is so far off from the truth. Some people are born with natural talent or as you say "hops", but that doesn't mean that through training you can't improve your vertical. If that was true then peoples verticals would never change, which I am sure you know is not true.
