For some reason I can't really understand the concept of contrast. I Don't get it! Please help. Is contrast a negative manifestation that we attracted by default? Is contrast something that life brings to us no matter what, even if we don't attract it? Abraham compared contrast with a buffet? Can someone clarify this. I am confused

@deedee2244 Abraham does not communicate to Esther in words, but uses concepts which Esther's personality translates into words. Since non-physical source energy doesn't think in language, what you describe would probably be impossible.

For me, Abraham's "validity" is found in the plethora of other "works" that all say the same basic thing...we create our own reality. Here are just a few titles:Angel's Guide,Emanuel's Book, Wisdom of the Rays, Mary's Message to the World, Conversations w/God.

Like the Christ Consciousness said what you think, feel, or the content of your heart is what is judged, considered, examined as what is really wanted. Compared to the standard of what is a better desire. The "mark" , target, and the missing of the mark is the indicator of a change in direction is needed. Worshiping Christ is like acknowledging/calling/treating a stranger on the street your father, while he has nothing to do with your life, and each of us has our very own father, which we religiously ignored.
