@iPodBubble are you sure you have vista? if so try and find the personalaztion setting and then from there follow the video

it needs to be on Windows aero other wise it wont work the video shows you how to change it to windows aero.

dude, when i click on windows color and appearances, it just comes up with appearance lol message me how 2 change the colour :/
