Oh my gosh, congrats on the 100!!! That is awesome about the flight, I totally know what you are talking about :) It's so refreshing to watch your videos!
100 lbs!! That's awesome. I've never flown, but I can certainly appreciate the feelings you must've felt by being able to fit comfortably in the seat. I am 3.5 months post op. I started pretty large so the weight has been coming off pretty good. 75 lbs. so far. You look great and I'm glad you are sharing your progress. I haven't done any video blogs, but I'm thinking about. I too am right now experiencing the hair loss and it's not fun. I'll have to try the vitamins. Take care.
Congratulations Karen!!! I love your videos and you're cooking demos yummy!! You inspired me to share my journey, I was hesitant at first but I finally did it. Keep on inspiring you are the greatest!
Congratulations!! That is so exciting for you! I love your positive energy. Crossing your legs and flying comfortably are great achievements. You make me believe it is possible...I'm only 4months post op. You look amazing-your collar bones are really becoming visable.
Karen, I am so happy for you. Congratulations on achieving your goal. Your videos have always been positive, motivating and informative and I hope you keep them coming. Congratulations again to you and Dave on the new jobs. Take care. Sheila :0)
Congratulations on 100 lbs down! I have been following ur story since the beginning and you have done an amazing job on your weight loss. I noticed in a video with your hubby recently that he too looks like he has lost a few lbs too.
FYI - I love your kitchen and told my hubby that I want him to do that to ours. The cabinets are exactly what I want. I also gave him the link to your house and said, there it is...my dream house for retirement. He laughed. Can't blame a gal for trying.
Yes I appreciate your travel story! I used to be exusted from trying to hold myself in my allotted space... Now it is a no issue. Middle seats are my friend.
I like you am now 100 pounds down and I describe it is feeling "Normal, Relaxed, Free And Easy"
Compared to
