The quran will glance over stories extracting onlyt he main points and then it derives the main points and consequences for such actions either good or bad. The bible came first. Even people who believe in the quran state that this is true. The EVIDENCE (dead sea scrolls, silver scrolls) points back as far as around 600 B.C. There are many hills and peaks that can be seen in that area including the actual Mt. Ararat . So I do give credit to the Koran for preserving the exact name but the Bible was NOT wrong and did NOT say that it was Exactly on Mt. Ararat. So the Koran was right in this case. But if you look and study the many stories that the Koran has in common with the Bible/Torah, it misses a lot of details! Infact, no disrespect intended but the Koran’s stories are quite poor in comparison. I have read both.

Combined the stories are more than sufficient. The quran will glance over stories extracting onlyt he main points and then it derives the main points and consequences for such actions either good or bad. It is revelation that teaches you what to believe and do to obtain eternal paradise and what to refrain from to avoid hellfire. It's objective isn't to entertain with stories but to guide.

Ummmm...this is Mt. Ararat bro..exactly 33 kilometer from to be exact. The Turkey Gov even deemed this Mt Ararat....how can you say its not to those who live in the country. Mount Judi and Mount Ararat although there are distinct mountains have been used interchangeably as terms for the placement of Noahs Ark. It is good to share your faith but don't twist facts to do so. Sayin that this is Judi when media, papers, and reports show this is referred as Mt. Ararat. Peace dude.

We can achieve (not earn) this mercy by having certain belief in him and in his final messenger and the messengers before and entering into Islaam completely. Allaah is the MOST FORGIVING MOST MERCIFUL, he doesnt have to die to forgive us like the christian pagan doctorine claims. Allaah forgives us whenever he wills it and it is that simple.The doors of repentence are open as long as we live

In Islam we judge according to what Allah reveals we dont just let anyone do or say whatever they want without judgeing them or warning against them because this is how their evil spreads. The bible has no practicality to it.Its no wonder why christians dont follow it since they r "saved"

@Floatingaxe which bible, there are so many of them each having different about of books. Jesus peace be upon him didn't teach mankind the bible he taught mankind the GOSPEL..and not the 4 gospels of matt, mark, luke and jon but it was the ONE GOSPEL FROM GOD...it was God's word and this has since long been destroyed. The Qur'an and Islaam abrogate all that have come before it.

@LastGodess The Qur'an corrects the bible. it removes the polytheism that the bible is infested with and calls on mankind to return to their true fitrah or inward inclination to worship Allaah alone. Jesus peace be upon him was Muslim as were all prophets and they all had the exact same message. Allaahs message do not contradict rather they are all in harmony and it is one...and that is that NO GOD HAS THE RIGHT TO BE WORSHIPPED IN TRUTH EXCEPT ALLAAH and Muhammed IS HIS MESSENGER.
