McCain Member of the Keating Five Votes with Bush 90% of the time Sings about bombing Iran Wants to cut Medicare Supported Deregulation Palin said "There is a place reserved in HELL for Women who don't support other Women." "Suspended" his campaign, but continued to run attack ads Cheated on his first wife Wants to keep troops in Iraq for 100 years "Fundamentals of our Economy are Strong." The same day banks began to fail 72 years old and picked Palin Wants to overturn Roe V. Wade
I think its better to have a person who might have done a wrong but corrects it today, then someone committing fraud today.
What you say about the poor economic policies of Bush caused this are completely wrong as this was an issue Bush and McCain both wanted to correct over the last 5 years. Only to be denied by lead advisors currently on the Obama campaign, and people who held positions and promoted actions to increase housing prices during the Clinton admin.
"Go left TV" More like "Socialist TV"...This economic meltdown is a direct result of Clinton saying he would back home loans for "the poor" with federal funds. Do you think it's a coincidence that this crap surfaces just before the elections? Wake up America...
WRONG! The housing bubble was caused by the Federal Reserve's obsession with keeping interest rates artificially low. combined with the Bush Administrations absolute refusal to regulate the stock, financial, and mortgage markets, we ended up with the same abuses that Ronald Reagan caused when he deregulated the S&L's with an executive order.
Get it stright. Yes, he was involved with the group BUT was found innocent by a congressional investigation. Libs just will not stop strecting the truth....
Cant believe how stupid people are. If there is any sort of dought that Mccain was even involved, I would not trust him. Just because he wasnt convicted of anything doesnt take away the contributions he accepted. Do you really think there was no fowl play? Btw OJ Simpson was also not convicted of murder. You republicans are willing to run America to the ground just because you cant find it in yourself to vote for opposing party or a black man?
"How stupid people are?" You mispelled "doubt", "foul", "votr for the opposing party." Listen up...You're spelling, grammar and logic defines all that is ignorant. The basic trick is to manuver through all that is said and choose the best pick. McCain by far isn't the best choice but as compared to Obama, McCain is by far the only logical choice. Obama has proven way too many times to be an enemy to the state and a friend to our enemies. Grow up and face the truth...Vote the right way
Correct spelling was not he point and is in no way indicative of a persons intelligence. How is mccain the logical choice? Hes the one in favor of deregulation which is a big part of our economic crysis today. The report on Palin says alot about her character. Obama 2008!!!!!!!!!
Correct spelling is indicative of a person's education, ability to discern and formulate an intelligent conclusion. McCain is the logical choice because of the obvious. Proven service to our country, courage to argue against his parties affiliation, desire to cut taxes, faith in the free market system, military experience, years of experience, history of reaching across the aisle, belief in Constitutional law, wary of Islam, maturity, success and moral values to name a few...Got it now?
You are wrong. Correct spelling has nothing to do with ability to discern or formulate a conclusion. Btw if Im not spelling correctly its because I wont take the tme to do so. Just because someont serves our country doesnt make them qualified to run it. They both have courage, desire to cut taxes, years of experience etc.The difference is their strategies. This video is a clear indicator of mccains person and poor judgement and we all know what palin is about. Just vote Obama
What? You think Obama Lama Ding Dong has years of experience? In what? Helping Acorn get grants to make up fraudulant voter registration cards? Look it up...he has less than 165 days experience as a Senator...the res5t of his time has been spent campaigning trying to convince the maases he's ther one they want. He launched his campaign from Ayers home for one. Look up his brother in Kenya...he's killed over 3,000 people becuase they wouldn't convert to Islam. Get educated...please do it now...
Wow! Perhaps you should look at your own spelling. "You're" means "you are." I think you meant "maneuver" instead of "manuver," and my 12-year-old has already critiqued your sentence structure. How very embarrassing for you. How very embarrassing for McCain supporters.
In September 1990, Keating was criminally charged with having duped Lincoln's customers into buying worthless junk bonds of American Continental Corporation; he was convicted in state court in 1992 of fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy and received a 10 year prison sentence. In January 1993, a federal conviction followed, with a 12 and a half year sentence. He spent four and a half years in prison.
for the last 8years who has been in charge ? yeah dems took over as the majority 2years ago but by then people were sick of the the economy go down the drain and the republicans ruining the country and the U.S.A.'s reputaion
This has nothing to do with the Financial Crisis we have now with the Mortgage Lenders. The Democrats are guilty of accepting millions of dollars from Fannie Mae and covering up the problems with Fannie Mae they knew abaout (Obama is number 2 on the kick back list). McCain warned about this in 2005 but the Democratic Congress who have a 14% approval rating right now ignored it.

That's what I dislike most about Republicans, they just make up stuff as they go along without shame or remorse.
Yeah you right, McCain warned, but he warned his fellow friends. I can't believe that people like you are still around, ignorant comments, get the facts, then you can talk.
"This has nothing to do with the Financial Crisis..."
Most financial experts say that Fannie & Freddie had little impact on the current bank failings. It was the deregulation that almost gave us another Great Depression - championed by Phil Gramm, McCain, Keating, etc. Look it up at PolitiFact or FactCheck[dot]org. Two nonpartisan websites used by both sides to fact-check opponents.
white males get away with so many bad things its ashame how mccain is running for prez if this was obama it would have been all over for his career shame on the media for been so bias vote obama
Where is the media on this? If Obama had this in his background, it would be "BREAKING NEWS" and a neverending ticker would be scrolling across the bottom of the screen. Doesn't this go to the character of the man?
He is right on - McCain is a crook, liar, thief and a hypocrite. How dare he even talk about putting his country first? Does he think we are all stupid and cheap like him?
We're there no democrat members of the Keating 5?

Maybe McCain wasn't so quiet in the back rooms while he was bailing MORE of his friends like he did during the S&L crisis.
