the other part of all this is the act of registering your child as property of the State, i.e. the Birth Certificate, making your child little more than a number to be bought and sold. the humiliation, torture and the marks of slavery do not 'end' after the horrific birth process. it follows your around your entire life, and the BIG MAMMA/BIG DADDY system is going to make sure it damn well stays that way
They put him under the heat lamp since he was 'having trouble regulating his body temp." and I kept saying, "Give me my baby!" I knew as soon as I held him he would be okay. But nobody would listen to me, until finally I yelled, "GIVE ME MY BABY NOW!!!!" and they finally did. Sure enough, I held him skin on skin on my chest for not even 5 mins and his body temp was just fine. I was SO mad!!!
Because of you, and all of your wonderful info, and other places where I have found information, I know that the next time I have a baby, it will be at home! :) Who is going to catch him or her? ME! :) These stories break my heart...and when they keep saying, "Baby needs to go to mama now." and they keep giving their BS excuses, it makes me want to scream!!!! "GIVE THE BABY TO THEIR MOTHER!!!!" Reminds me all too well of my first birth....
in order for "leaders" to stay in control they must breed a people whom live in fear wich in turn act out in violance. how to implant fear ? traumatize the children since birth. circumsision + all the vaccination needles + fondling = pretty traumatizing experiance. especially if your just born and dont know what is going on. ive been meaning to make a video on this and came across this by chance. good work guys
@sonofcreator2 for hope of return to sane society i read iroquois women by spittal- a true blueprint for us & for future generations to prevent rape/battering/murder of women& children-keep on
Powerful messages here. The father talking to the newborn and seeing the baby respond to his voice. Birth in a hospital is a violation of everything natural.
I was not very aware during my first birth, but I wanted to carry my baby right after birth. The gynae went against my wishes though and I was very upset. I was a single mum then and I did not have some one stand up for us in the deivery ward. I have made a birth plan with my second baby on the way, and will make sure my husband is well-informed and around to make sure my wishes are exercised this time around.
It is common knowledge that showing nipples on a Youtube video can lead to dancing!! What will the world come to!? We had all of our brood at home and it was great, but admittedly tiring and scary. When all are healthy, "procedures" either are not needed or can be performed slowly and gently. There is nothing like a birth; it is the most powerful life-affirming thing I can imagine. Seeing a birth still gets to me, and I am pretty jaded.
I was at the birth of both my children, the first at a birth centre, the second at home, on both occasions a natural birth with only a midwife present (my first born, my daughter, was present at her brother's birth). It's hard to believe alternatives to that can be quite so horrible.
Wonderful video. My husband experienced similar feelings with the birth of my son. I can't even watch the film of my son taken after his birth b/c it brings me to tears. He was examined on a table for 15 minutes and deep suctioned, cord cut immediately. All these things went against my birth plan.
I am so sorry your family and baby experienced this as well. So sorry. "By trade" I do birth trauma healing/integration. The trailer doesn't show the "HOPE" for healing but it is there. You can visit my blog -- address above -- for resources. My daughter can not even be interviewed about the first birth a csection. Women, men, and babies carry this within them. Is important to integrate it. Thanks for the note. All the best..
I wish this video were better made because it's got some important messages. Unfortunately the birth footage is unintelligible and what's happening is not apparent, and the commentary is very choppy. I hope a similar film that is strong on message, with some hard-evidence footage, and with coherent commentary will be made.
There's always a critic. Baby is my grandson; mother my daughter. Grandma's voice is me. My family -- my grandson violated. His father & me unable to stop them. It's a documentary -- not Hollywood film. Camera trying to keep up w/ the fast, brutal action. It's very important message. My primary audience is my daughter. I am doing this to bring healing to her/family. I've been w/o home for 17 months .. zero funding to do it. For my family. If it ALSO helps others, I'll b blessed.
my mother felt the same way when I delivered my son. When I became pregnant with my daughter, my mother was terrified of going back to that disgraceful environment, she paid for my homebirth.
I've never made a film before and I'd just learned FCP editing software in the months before doing the trailer. It's one of my first pieces. I put it up on youtube so my daughter across the country and some colleagues could see it and it had 1000 hits/day first two days before she even saw it. It's very painful for her. Commentary you refer to is basically my notes. I'm quite proud of it & grateful so many babes coming into planet have already been helped .. as have many fathers and mothers.
Babykeeper, THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this film! Thank God that people are slowly learning there are alternatives to the things and interventions pushed by 'modern' medicine. I'm so glad we had our baby at home, with no interventions, no drugs being pushed, and absolutely NO circumcision.
The original youtube w/ 28,000 hits and pages of meaningful, heartfelt comments was removed by youtube because my new piece, "We Can Be Much Kinder" had nipples, and both were tagged as "inappropriate content". When I reposted the latter was removed again and this trailer was left up. Both are up on Metacafe.

Thank you, nrtne,
I hope the film series will be watched by as many pre-parenting people as possible. The journey begins before conception.

sobering, powerful, heartbreaking.....
this should be shown at all antenatal classes and to all associated with labour and birth in hospitals...
just one of the zillion reasons we choose homebirth...
