  • My Favourite Band, always a pleasure to hear them.....and what memories !

  • Love Caravan!

  • I like this song!

  • I used to play this while a DJ @WDRB

  • A terrific song, probably their best by a band whose qualities are not as widely appreciated as they should be.

  • Great Stuff. Brings tears to the eyes just how good they were

  • @petermcintyre100 they still are, go see them if you can! seen twice this year even!

  • Saw these guys in Canterbury last night, one of my fave groups....

  • Great band, I only wish I would of bought more of their lp's way back then.

  • Watched these guys perform this at the Summers End Prog-rock Festival at Lydney. A great show from a great band.

  • Fusion of Prog and Carry On innuendo.

    Nice!

  • All in one night,I have found, Seventh Wave, Skin Alley, Triumverate, Zappa, and now Caravan. These were my main Staples musically as i grew up. This is the best music out there and it is already forty years old. This piece by Caravan challenges anything currently. It is a shame that musicians of this caliber have been dismissed to the back pages of music. Just the vocal round at the end is worth a standing Ovation and they did it while playing their instruments. Thanks YouTube.

  • @3djvincent

I seem to have grown up on a very similar diet! The second 'proper' album I bought was Skin Alley's 'To Pagham and Beyond' (The first was ELP's 'ELP') The first band I saw was Soft Machine supported by Egg at St Thomas's Hall in Canterbury, and Caravan one of my favourite bands. Ah, happy daze! Then punk came along...

  • Love this tune,i wish I was in that studio with them real hippy folk rock .outstanding.raw and good just as it should be.

  • This is definitely my favourite song about paedophilia

  • @MahakalaZero Yeah. For me, it's up there with "Young Girl" by Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, and "Everyone's Gone To The Movies" by Steely Dan. Surprising how many songs that cover such a taboo topic turn out to be so good.

  • @PabzGLRP And of course, Jethro Tull's Aqualung

  • Control yourselves, ladies......

  • It takes a band to raise a vissage

  • Removes the frown from your eyebrows!

  • Lovely x

  • Thanks for posting. One of the best Caravan songs. And what a keyboard solo!
