I remember him singing as a guest performer at a Battle of the Bands at Moorabbin Town Hall early 70's. Boy did you see a side of his vocals not seen on TV really hot and strong and with lots of punch not his usual style. Never heard any of that style on tv and sadly he went out of fashion before anyone else heard it

Jeff had a alot of songs that were good... I've uploaded the ones I have from him, .... a very unrated performer, and songwriter...  Maybe sonwone has " Gloria" ? The song he wrote for the Eurovision Song Festival in 1972 and was rewarded an award for "Best Songwriter-Lyrics" ? Would appreciate it, as I read it was recorded........ :-) Was glad to hear he's still performing, and compering.... :-)

I too wonder what happened to Jeff- I received a couple records from him when he recorderded a few in England in '75, or '76. When we moved towns my records were displaced. I also met him on his way to represent Australia in '72 in the Eurovision Song Contest in Greece, and he won an award for bestsongwriter with "Gloria". I don't know if he ever recordered that song. Sorry there's no news of him..I had a crush on him too :)

This is a good song by Jeff,but my favourite is "Baby It's You'.They play it sometimes on Magic1278 and 3MP in Melbourne.Now THAT is a classic!

Gee, u would be lucky to find that one but i had it on my old Chartstoppers Album when i was in about grade 5 in 1970.

I have that on a record and as soon as I can get the right leads that go from my record player to my comp I will upload it. It was my favourite and I also had a huge crush on Jeff.
