HoX max HP = 9000

Guardian max HP = 16000

(pvp gear)

3k on a guardian in frenzy stance = 20% of his HP

4,2k on a HoX = 50% of his HP

HoX should crit 7k to make things perfect, or as you said, almost perfect.
