Hatori Hanzo Is A Character From Samurai Showdown 2. A Neogeo/SNK (rival of Capcom) video game in the 90's. I'm Guessing That's Where Q.T. Got This Name From. One Of My Favorite Movies Of All Time "Do U Understand!?"

@snkammar Tarantino, just like any book, movie or game using it beforehand, got this name from the original Hattori Hanzo: a famous ninja in feudal Japan. A plethora of (more or less)-fiction about his legendary tales has been written, animated, directed over the years. Sonny Chiba especially has starred in a lot of films portraying this very character.
