(Sorry, my English isn't perfect).

We create our univers step by step, as we go along; my univers is a 3D lecture of myself. But, how explain suddent events that happens in a equilibrate life? (my life changed 3 years ago - before, i didn't know the big pain i have now. I feel that the univers wants me to wake up but there are too much pain in it! I'm tired and angry of this. I meditate, I observe, i try to accept myself, to surrender. And this pain still....

I'm speechless frankly. I was tired when I started watching this video but now I'm full of energy ! You answered many questions I had floating around in my mind that I was not sure how to address or bring forth in words. Especially the part about experience being played out in awareness, not the other way around, which is a stuck place to be ! I always thought that it would take constant hard work to achieve the states of meditation or being I achieved in the past.
