Ah, I remember when I had to play this on the Suzuki method. Great piece! Just a technical note, you're holding your violin in front of your face and sloping down. I had exactly the same thing, and it's taken me 3 years to fix it, so try to get that sorted out as soon as possible, else it is painful later on. Hope I've helped! :)
Very good! What do you think about getting more physical about it on every other down beat (1 & 3 in 4/4 or 1 & 2 in 2/4, i'm not sure how it's notated) now that you have it down, almost frantic. I would like to hear that emotion in it.
