  • Great, firecrakers and Satie!

  • The devil himself must've hit the dislike button twice

  • This song always reminds me of Paris, very elegant and beautiful.

  • It reminds me Shakira

  • Wondeful. I am not a musician, but my humble ears say that it was slightly fast paced. However the gentleness and lenght of the notes evens the mood so you still catch the soul of Saties work :) Love it

  • Excellent, thanks for not rushing throught it like some do.

  • I actually made up a short movie in my mind while listening this~

  • peace of art

  • Such beautiful song...

  • sublime

  • just absolute perfection

  • I was looking for it for so many hours, checked around 30 sest of "the top 10 of piano pieces", it's been a drag. And now, I found it through Jim Morrison poetry piece, with Eric Satie (sic) in the background. .. :)

  • great version of this most beautiful piece of piano music. good to have it here on Youtube, thank you for posting! And don't worry too much about the audience noise, that's life!-)

  • Beautiful

  • I would think you may hear this music at the gates to heaven?

  • @michael6mac I chose this music for my mother's funeral.

  • @michael6mac I fell that you´re right!

  • Sublime interpretación, en tiempo. Maravilloso.

  • hence the unintentional noises, it is interesting that Erik Satie composed his music as furniture music, not to be heard as the main focus of the surrounding environment like at the context of concert.

  • Well done sir

  • This is played on Swedish SVT2 in the morning, it is the only good "program" on the channel:)

  • thank you,,,beautiful

  • ESPECTACULAR!!!!

  • It's really a nice interpretation of this so difficult piece ! Lot of emotion and precision !

  • It's a pitty with that sound disturbance... You really don't diserve it! I play this piece as a happy amateur at the time :-)

  • This is my most favourite piece of all time and you play amazingly - one day I will play half as good as this :-)

  • great acoustics; i like the echo effect it has... this is one of my favorite songs!

  • great acoustics; i like the echo effect it has... this is one of my favorite songs!

  • Friends, please don't blame me. The mic. is 20 feet from me. Some of the audience chose to sit on the chairs close to the piano and mic. and make all that noise. Hence the sound from them (not me). Thanks for watching and commenting!

  • @wwwkyrkancom

absolutely beautiful - i mean the noise from the audience of course

  • @wwwkyrkancom no problem at all.. the beauty.. it´s all there ;)

  • @wwwkyrkancom I like the piece recorded further away, adds to the mood.

    A-MEN

    but calm down a little;)

  • this song is to make love

  • Tres Bien! Jaime beacoup!

  • ruined with background noises!

  • @kove00

It's a live performance with audience, not a studio product. By Lars' CDs (without audience) and support him.

  • lol, ok :)

  • @kove00

    rofl.

  • AMEN BROTHER! Hahaha :D

  • @kove00 wow, if you have that attitude over a little bit of background noise you deserve to have that done to you.

  • @kove00 I am sorry you missed the point of the whole song. This song is so beautiful and your comments had no place here what so ever. Really.

  • @absynthesized7149 He's not criticising the song. He's saying that because of the audience it's difficult to appreciate the beauty behind his playing. I happen to agree with him, though I'd probably be less... Rough about it. =P

  • i agree!!! the background noises are terrible! if I were him I would stop immediately and tell them to shut up!!! no respect! i hate when people do that!

  • i love this melody. It's so innocent.....
