With regard to Filmfare awards, actually she did not get one.

Though "Filmfare Awards" were first introduced in 1953/1954, only Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Music Director were presented.

"Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer" was added much later in 1959 and Pyaasa was released in 1957.

Lata Mangeshkar was the FIRST recipient to get for "Aaja Re Pardesi" from Madhumati in 1959.

Yes Yuan, musicia2008 makes a superbly intuitive point. The expressive gifts Waheeda exhibited here are superb, & her eyes are simply divine. It occurs to me that like Madhubala & later Zeenat Aman, Waheeda knew how to speak to the camera; with some actresses, it merely captures their delicate gestures, but these three enchantresses always impressed that they knew precisely how to make it work for them. Geeta does another sublime job, as do you & Thank you as always for the subtitles.

In my youth, WR's beauty was right up there with Madhubala's . Look at her heart-stealing smile and eyes that God himself seems to have crafted. I said on another post that maybe one of WR's close female friends sometimes asked her if she could borrow her face just to attend an evening party! I would have asked her permission to stare at her face now and then. I don't think anyone in today's Bollywood comes close to WR in beauty, grace and sweet femininity. Thanks, Yuan.
