  • To deano and skwiggle, thank you for your comments, I appreciate your honest and nice expressing ....

  • There is no hip technique??.... the power should come from the hips and there is none... surely a grandmaster should have excellent hip power??... pleasee let me know if im wrong???

  • Well, I only had access to this clip of this form, but I thought it was worth posting anyhow.

Please elaborate as to what you consider bad execution of the form? It would be nice to get some concrete and constructive feed back.

  • I believe what deano is talking about is how with most of the technniques the hips stay in one position but as low lvl students we get taught all techniques are thrown using the hip to get power. for example the first two moves the inside to ouside block followed by the middle punch the hip doesnt move

  • Excuse me... and the end of this hyung... where is???

    Too bad execution to me...

  • Too fast!

  • hmmm, at the school, we actually do forms in all kinds of speeds - we sometimes do them very slow, step by step, to learn the meaning of each move, and sometimes very fast, to see how well we do when we under time pressure (how well we execute each move).
