The single player modes in this game are actually much more entertaining than those found in Tetris DS, and allow for a more competitive level of scoring. Tetris DS is better strictly for its vs. mode, which TGMDS lacks. Both games have their pros/cons, and this game is more than worth checking out.

Tetris DS is better, with its Wifi multiplayer, can't beat it. And it is Tetris, why would you want it to be more 'serious'.

Tetris DS was likely... styled for everyone...

Kids, Adults, Grands... to make it they all Like it...

and Tetris DS is more lke... casual style of tetris

Check out some video of Japanese people playing Tetris, they like crazy ass, it because they wanna challange of how serious the Tetris can be :p

You can still find it online though the author has removed it from his own website since unscrupulous pirates were selling it with flash cards. It's such a good game, I wouldn't be surprised if it inspires Arika to release it themselves.
