Awesome as always, wish I would have commented this one much earlier. My only criticism for you is that, when you solo, try to improvise a melody based off of the chord progression, because by doing so, you're furthering the song. You have talented fingers, and if you apply a bit of theory, you'll only sound even more professional and amazing.

thats a matter of opinion and what gear you have. for me i only buy vox wahs cuz it sounds best with the gear i have and im loyal to vox. but your gear is your decision. i dont wanna steer you away from a pedal you may want. if you want my help tho send me a message and i can give you my experiences with various wah pedals ive used.

I just listened to the version from the bbc sessions cd and played it over and over till i got it. Since the guitar is live and not buried so much under effects and harpsichord like on electric ladyland it was easier to go by. Btw i learn everything by ear/ and or watchin videos of jimi (or whoevers song im learnin) play em.
