I just broke the security seal off this movie, and I really hate that I did that because I dont think that I want to even watch this movie. Its not really my style. If there is anyone out there who wants to purchase this movie, please let me know. The movie is on Blu-ray. No disrespect to the people that like it, just isnt my type of movie.
There are few like it, but no search cathegory exists to locate them.
Movies affect us in a variety of ways. Some stay with us untill we leave the cinema, but a special few, like this one, makes a home for themselves.
As I watch other movies, this one always lurks in the back of my head, and I find myself asking; "why does this movie differ so from Immortal Ad Vitam?".
What is so special with this movie? What makes it so unforgettable?
I remember seeing this when I was a girl... I thought it was a weird movie... It was a bit disturbing but yet quite intriguing for me at the same time...
@Tropicalcutie007 I found mine for 10$ at Target. I would look there. Its usaly 1 or 2 copys. When I got mine it was the last one there but like 2 months later there was 3 more but they were scatterd in the shelves. Also ask the employee's they might have it in the back.
Centrial park (introsion) There only showed for a breif time. I think they put it in later as well. But the copy I have shows them. Altho they are only there for a little bit. I didn't see them the first time I watch the movie but they are there lol ^-^
first off the fifth element came out in 1997 while immortal ad vitam came out in 2004, also the fifth was a box office hit making a gross revenue of $263 million. also im 19 u dumb idiot and the name had not appered to me because i didnt look to the right. i was interseted in the video that was in my face. also How can the fifth element ripped this movie off if it came out 6 years before the immotal. so think before u message me, not to mention get your facts corrected.
no read your comment about" the fifth element ripped this movie off" and my age i had already mentioned, if u didn't catch it then i guessed u just scammed and read some parts of what i wrote.
This is a movie designed by Enki Bilal. In the early 70s, Enki Bilal and Jean Giraud created a magazine together called Metale Hurlant. Which in English is Heavy Metal. Jean Giraud was the visual designer of The Fifth Element. Enki Bilal was always FAR more visionary, although Giraud was pretty awesome in his own right. This movie predates Fifth Element by a very very long time.
the idea was out but never had hit the table. it came out late and wasn't as successful. 5th element was out first and did well. but im not saying i dont like the movie im just stating facts.
The success of 5E vs. the success of this film is a complete nonsequitur. Bilal's graphic novels were published long before 5E was ever conceived. Bilal and Giraud were associates and so, saying that Bilal's imagery "ripped off" Giraud's imagery is rather silly, since their art styles are markedly different and somewhat complimentary to one another.
Books you can put more detail into it with movies you see only what the camera sees. Books are always better. Rarely a movie beats the book in every platform. But I was very pleased with the movie. Making movies is harder then writing a book because it dosn't cost soo much to write and when you write you can put more of "you" into the book.
I like immortal more then 5E. Evan tho I saw 5E befor this movie I still don't know its the story of it all. My brother look at the cover and said "Its a 5E wanna be" I had to explain him the totaly diffrence between the 2 and also show him the book. And then he came around to see that its simuler just not the same. To many people compare things that look alike and then make there judgment. Thats human stupidity. I like both films tho. And The book. Both well made as well.
also in this comment u had only mention a magazine which in fact only was called heavy metal in the early 70's. but where is the movie idea. being far more visionary isn't making immortal a more early movie, and it not making it that Enki Bilal had the idea first soo where is your point?
Someday, you are probably going to wish you had paid more attention in the classes in school that teach things like writing composition, grammar and spelling.
You're in collage huh? Is it a surrealist collage, or just something kinda postmodern? Are you one of the scraps of old photos, or just some of the trim and bits of fabric? "im a student so grammer really isn't the issue." Wow man, you're gonna kick ASS out in the real world.
wow guy, u get serious over something small. what i meant by grammer wasn't the issue is because we are fucking arguing on cyberspace man. come on your 46 and im 19. compared to you im just a child and your arguing with one. damn man u must not get angry with some shit that was said on cyberspace. im no jugde but i bet that your someone who has a hard life. you must overcome such smallthings. im done with the man, just get over it.
Embarrassingly bad movie. The CGI is lousy, the plot confusing, the acting poor...I will not even mention the dialog that didn't make sense at all. If you are 12 you will probably like this. I felt a surge of joy as I deleted it from my HD :)
i loved it when her doctor was running those experiments and gave her that big ass fish (that she ate raw) to eat. And at the end when her baby turned into this blue bird that was really awesome. I wish I could have this movie for my own collection.
It sounds like a combination of the movie's main soundtrack theme and Mylène Farmer's "L'ame-Stram-Gram," which both sound very pretty when put together. Only wish the maker of this vid would tell how they put the songs together, I would love a copy!
Quelle version c'est de "L'ame stram gram"? Ou est-ce que c'est un type de remix de ton inspiration? Je voudrais savoir, si te plaît. Pardonne mon français.

Praying mantis are the carrier of their memory. can you get the blue nile lotus memory back to it's ritefull owner?
Instead of psycoticly selling it
as some kind of movie or mp3, without corruption, like my variant of starling darling on guitar?

The Fifth RIPPED this Movie Off. How old are you anyway? 13 to 16? It figures.
The Name of the Movie is: Immortel ad Vitam. All you had to do is look to the right on the damn computer screen.
Or would that be a rip-off of someone who can actually see.
