I actually don't believe this is such an extraordinary movie.

Puts a gay woman in the status of depressive and suicidal.We have to many movies at the moment that shows us lesbians as being "wrong" or one night stands for married woman.

Can't it EVER be a movie about 2 girls living a healthy relationship instead of going nuts or depressive?

I love Laura and Naomi they are gorgeous and David is an artist....but make a good movie not some continuous drama.

Proves just what an amazing actress Naomi Watts is. To see footage like this with so many people around and it being so quiet is just mind blowing. Notice how in between takes she stays completely in character...just amazes me how professional these people really are! Wow!

What i notice about a lot of views, about this fantastic film, is that most men are thrown off the plot because of the two beautiful women, and they seem to forget that it is a love story, it doesnt matter what the sex is love is love, and then you can can look at the sory

I dont think anyone has captured pure trauma on the screen like is done in this movie. I love the film but its hard to watch. I think the film is a desperate cry about how our society treats the feminine.

It's amazing to watch this kind of raw footage of actors working. Without all the packaging and context of the final product, you really get a sense of how little they have to work with in creating believable performances. I could watch this kind of footage for days. Was there more on the DVD, or was this everything?

i bet none of the cast or crew would've been able to demystify the entire storyline....except Lynch himself....'cause he gives them only the script which they need to know.

As a matter of fact, Lynch himself might not be able to explain the transition from the pilot to the feature and he has probably left it to the audience to come to a conclusion.
