1.6 8v SR can't reach 100 in 2nd because of its shorters gears than the 1.6 16V. Since this is a 16V it can reach 100 (actually 97km/h) in second gear.
1.6 16v can reach 100 km / h in second just if has something at the alimentator unblocked...if it is blocked more than 92 it is just impossible...so maybe is a modified 1.6 16 v or a 1.8 T ,,,

don't be dumb, it is a golf iv 1.6 16v fabricated 2003 stock, i have one made in the same year and it goes just the same :)

it's 1.8 turbo..i see the gear box.. second gear 100km/h
for 1.6 v16 it's 90 km/h stock
