Super Metroid 3 Charge/Spazer Beam, Boss: Spore Spawn

I remember when I was little, i learned I could just roll into a ball and wait on the upper ledge in the corner to not get hit with the small spores. I thought I was a completely untouchable, that is until spore spawn stopped and opened up right where i was. XD

I killed that bos in like 5 mins using missles and normal laser just stay crouched in he left or right corner and hold the button that makes thegun point diag and shoot the spores then hen the plant open jump up and shoot missles

@TehKanden75 I agree; I beat the boost guardian on hard mode without dying once and I'm 13 :P. I suppose that's an indication I play too much Metroid lol.

He's right! Stop hitting the thumbs down button lol. Search for Mock Ball on here to see how its done. Basically, if u roll along the upper level of the first room Samus goes into (on this vid) u can get to the other side and get the 2 missile expansions, recharge tank (or whatever its called) and then the Super Missile on the way back (via the passage through the roof) - and it's NOT cheating lol

Well the boss always becomes vulnerable after it switches sides 15 times. So it'll always open up on the opposite side. (When he's green I think he opens in the middle instead of on the right side.)

The first two primes are REALLY HARD. I'm not even kidding. I've beat both of 'em, but the hardest phazon meteor guarder was Emperor Ing. I had to try like 3 times to beat him.

This game ties Metroid Fusion as my second favorite Metroid game..I like the fact that you can toggle Samus' upgrades off and on. If anyone is curious, my first favorite Metroid game is a three-way tie between the Prime games. Playing a game from Samus' POV? Best. Idea. Ever.

You know, if you hold both L and R simultaneously, Samus will aim straight up, even if crouched. Very handy while running as well.

You must jump towards the wall. Once Samus' "character" is against the wall or spinning on it; hold the opposite way of which you jumped and press the jump button VERY shortly after (couple milliseconds, if you will.) Keep practicing.
