I really ov eyou channel. I have only done week 1 cardio and like 3 days of week 2 but I already am feeling good. I usually aim for doing each vid 3 times...I really want to focus on my arms, inner thighs, but and stomach now but I know there is something for me in all the videos that you have posted!! :)
@ThePoetikmind215 you've got it...you want to approach all of these clips in that mind set. They all will help. You just have to keep doing them, and improving on some element in the clips. Glad you are part of the squad now...~ahmad

If it is still the same then we have to work on your eating along with increased cardio. My job is to help you keep a positive thought about this process,
