You can change DX API from within the game menu without having to edit the config manually. Also, DX11 (at least for me) might increase FPS by a few frames, but then it soon bugs out and my fps is cut down to 25% of what it was before. It also cuts video signal to my second monitor when I run wow fullscreen so I can't see vent, hulu, and my GPU monitor. Every time I try to get DX11 working right I end up going back to DX9 disappointed with the experience.

When i do this it does not stay saved. I save it and it looks good but when i close it and run WoW it is not in the folder anymore??
