im just wearing what other mages wear and i always see them wear summer of bolivar so i wear that to never rlly see a mage with elemental set only sometimes hurricane arms but that is more because it looks cool

can someone explain to me what the damned set do i think i got weaker after using it and it comes with only fear no freeze no slow no inverse i had mixed up items before i got all the effects but the damned set i don't understand why it is that expensive the most expensive set more than North soul so more than cane please answer.hidden stats? is it - stats.

@Relicym No, its just that i don't know what armour and weapon to use. I have holy light and bolivar, but people tell be dammed elemental set is better.

@ExtraNerdy Each armor set has their own strengths and weaknesses. Holy light isn't that good unless you have the whole set or most of it. It is also only helpful if you have loads of heath. Some parts of elemental is helpful but it relies on chance most of the time. Elemental damned is the best out of the four elemental types.

@Relicym Yes i know it does not work all the time, but constantly whacking them with my mage elemental staff may work. Armour that mimick elemental armor and weapons are not that good, like sometimes wont mimick sometimes will.

@ExtraNerdy Armor and weapons that sometimes mimic elemental are better in stats and can have extra special effects (i.e. bolivar, machu, el dorado, holy light, etc.) without using gems. If you want the elemental effect all the time, use elemental gear. So, what is it that you are trying to say? That elemental set is overpowered?

@Relicym I don't think it affects cell destruction but draining away your opponent's half a chaos point is pretty good even though i wont have it. For example,if someone can chaos and he is going to press 'c', someone could use the dammed weapon to steal his half a chaos point and make him frustrated as he was gonna be in chaos mode. And i know that only the weapons still half a chaos point.

@ExtraNerdy Even so, it does not work all the time. It may be more challenging to prevent players from achieving chaos mode or to critically wound characters in chaos than you think. Players who choose to use their chaos against players with elemental weapons are testing their luck (to win/live) and also trying to avoid damage to the best of their abilities. I think the game is more fun when relying on luck, which is why I use equipment that have a chance of mimicking elemental weapons/armor.

@ExtraNerdy With both damned bracers and shoulders it boosts my attack power over the limit by about 4-8%. I do not know if it affects cell destruction though.

@ExtraNerdy Only the weapons can drain half a chaos point from your opponent(s), but the points are not added to yours.

@ExtraNerdy 2-4% isn't very much and the set only have zeros for the stats, so I don't see how that is too good to be true...It's well balanced set imo.

@Relicym well i went to a website bunge holes i think, it has info about rakion, it say that elemental bracers add 2percent damge of basic range grip and special attack. i would give all the info about the elemental armour and weapon but its too long. I think the elemental set might be too good to be true but i just want to ask you to clarify

Why do people use dammed armor or metor or aqua or any other elemental armor? Why do they use them? I saw that it does not add stats but minus.

hey i found out something, upon testing the holylight set, i found out that if you equip db ring, the holylight set does not work. If you exquipe the db ring, the holy light set works.

I think if the item is posted, the regen works. I tested it with ninja stars (only 1 item), and i do get regen.

@uselessmail32123 I just tested the gear piece by piece. You are right that it worked. Only the Sub-weapon works by itself. The rest fail. :(
