Hi a few questions... Will rooting this phone make it possible to download flash player. If not how can you put flash in this. I know that the proceser is the reason but I've seen videos that show flash running on this phone
@55Brackman the phone comes with flash lite 4.0 but only 2mb cache for plugin. you can use browser skyfire that will convert some flash video. there is attempts at modded apk for flash player. The hardware requirements are not enough. I have tried some of the modded apk for adboe flash and didn't work for me. though I have not tried in a while if you run accross one that works for this phone leave feed back for others. and if it requires rooting then yes
@sonnyc213 no, I wish. I purchase all my own stuff. everything is from experience with actually using each phone. not just opening box and popping out a video after 15 min. to ask why I have so many phones in use. There is more then just me in my house hold using them.
I need help mstechify!! After doing all this I cant access my apps strored on my SD card and also, when i try to download an app into my internal memory, it says "insufficiant storage available" even when theres enough memory free. Help pleez :/
@DemoMonster7 little more info needed. wast your phone factory reset prior to rooting? what did you do after rooting? have your tried titanium back up for moving apps? did you attempt the SD partition that some are doing and moving apps?
@pellcity2007 rebuilding a new keyboard draw to fit all my graphics stuff so it is not so crowed with new bigger monitor. happy to be able to get on my computer. Hate it when a good monitor dies. good to be posting stuff. should have the other video up wed of news and other stuff.
The instructions were clear and perfect, thanks! Rooted my Wildfire S and I'm now using Titanium to make some space in my phone's internal memory. I wish I could uninstall some preloaded apps that I don't use (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) but I've read that this can brick the phone, so I haven't. I just moved some downloaded apps to SD which are normally unable to do so (JuiceDefender, Advanced Task Killer, etc.)
I use a 32 gb micro SD card that I bought with my Wildfire S, and I don't want to clear it off to use it as a gold card. Can I use the 2 gb card that came with the phone as a gold card, and switch my regular card in for it after I root? I didn't originally plan on rooting the phone, but the internal memory is so abysmal that I think I might.
I'll be getting my optimus slider tomorrow,it's really quite sad that the marquee probably won't make it to virgin mobile,and the next 2 phones by zte will be underpowered,both will have 600mhz processor which is pretty much the optimus v,do you have any news on upcoming phones for virgin? Do you know if boost mobile gets 3g speeds like virgin does? Last but not least is the triumph worth getting,as we all know about it's short comings. Thanx I enjoy your videos and your sexy voice lol.
