My life was complete once I saved Schala on Chrono Cross. To think I must have spent 2 years of my life trying to figure out how to do it on Chrono Trigger.

God, that was emotional.

For the set back of the sounds that the SNES could produce through its internal MIDI chips, Schala's Theme sounds pretty damn good! Half the songs on Chrono Trigger are unbelievable.

@Newblish sampling isn't easy though, how about you go out and buy a sampler and see if you can "butcher" a song, but i guarantee you can't because it's not simple. you can't deny that either, because you've never set down and attempted to sample a song. secondly, if so many people around the world like rap and hip hop, then it surely can't be bad can it? and all music uses samples, one of the best house tracks was one sample all the way through. rather than stealing, see it as "music collage"
