Pretty much the same lineup as the 07/08? show at the E Center, but WOW what a difference taking an 1/8 of mushrooms in the bathrooms before the show can make.....It was like experiencing it in HD as opposed to 480. ALL of my senses were stimulated beyond explanation. Twas an incredible experience being aware of and feeling the immense energy in the room.....SO SICK!!!....TOOL!!!

Dude, I was there. I have a full recording of Lateralus on my phone from that show. DC did a drum solo in the breakdown half-way through. On the live video on YouTube, they only got 3 minutes, but they played the full song. Why would they not play a full song and stop 3 minutes into a 9 minute song, as you claim? That doesn't make any sense.

Saw them in NH last night....show was amazing. EPIC. This song and Aenima were sweet. Light show was insane. Show was a tad short but well worth the long drive to see them. Conclusion is Maynard is definitely an alien...100%

Some people on here are saying Tool sounded sloppy in this performance, even if that was considered sloppy that band still can outshine many of todays bands. Remember this is their second performance in this tour. Only thing I honestly noticed was Maynards voice isn't as strong here maybe, or he is saving it.

Personally, my favorate "era" of Tool was Lateralus, then Aenima. These two albums literally changed the way I see music. The Aenima tour was great, Maynard was so passionate. Lateralus was amazingly moving and inspiring.

I keep hearing people say that the band is losing its touch. But you need to give them respect. They have given us so much. They can do whatever the F they want.

You are right they can do whatever they want. But as you said they have given us so much and enlightened most true tool fans to a new world basically. They have created a responsiblity to stay true to being a class act in a world full of shit. With all the shitty mediocre hacks out there, we need Tool to keep its integrity and keep their art sacred in all forms. If this tour is about money, they could at least accept our money in a less selfish way and keep it fresh. Seemed quite stale to me.

Yeah dude, it was so obvious they werent there to have fun. Tool (mostly Maynard) has lost major touch, and it was proved with the set list and quite sloppy performance. I saw them twice on the 10K Days tour, and they were SPOT on those two times. This time they played the same songs minus wings/10,000 days. Therefor the set was 30 minutes shorter. If this was someones first Tool show, it would have been rad, but really, the other 3 perfomances Ive seen made this show look like a fucking JOKE.

well maybe cuz it was a festival, and maybe because they already played all these songs, this isnt a huge tour like the 10,000 Days tour or Lateralus tour, which is to pormote the new album, by next tour, (next album), they will probably have a new stage and a new setlist, obviously
