@nictube00 Yes, you can get an iPod Touch docked onto the S715i with a case. It will depend on the size of the case of course, but the S715i is built so that it would not need tray inserts to be compatible with the iPhone/iPod generations.
I agree with redkulaT. All the features and build quality are important, but to me, the sound quality is the most important thing with ipod/iphone speakers.
Just for future reference, I think a sound test is always key in a review. I know it's not as loud as the Bose Portable but a sound test would have been nice to have.

@nictube00 Also, if the iPod is playing and you dock it to the S715i, it should turn on the speakers for playback. Let us know if you try this.
