He only runs like that because TrackMania doesn't support animations, so the feet are just modified wheels.

no, the animation is the difirents,yeh i know the model is a md2 srb2 model i know that, the video strangly shows the frames of the original model? fraps did all those frame flaws

Not exactly. The model was by someone on SRB2 but TZ rigged it and I animated it first.
