I definitely believe he's alive. However, I don't believe he's going to return. If he returns what happens if he does pass away at some point? No one would believe he was dead. I think he faked his or he had people fake his death so he can get away from the media, the spotlight, and just be Michael Jackson the normal person rather than the entertainer/product.

Is it possible for a defendent to endure two diff. cases at the same time? Maybe its the investigation, but still for being a suspect for murder, there was no aresst or mug shot photo.
