Yeah that was a crazy storm.  They issued the tornado watch for Belleville at 8:02 Thats a couple of hours east of where this is, I was just leaving for Scarborough, spent the entire storm on the 401. The rain was horrible!

It usually doesn't happen so close to the city though, very rare occurrence. Also our tornadoes are very weak most of the time and don't cause much damage.

i live in maple and was at cibc when probably the worst part of the storm was happening, it was raining sideways and was dark as hell outside, from the door to the car was 20ft at most and i was drenched!

I was talkin to my buddy online who is in Windsor and he said it was pouring rain there. Then the storm moved up to me in London, but it only rained hard for like 5 mins then was just windy/cloudy for rest of the day. Then I put it on weather network and it was all TORNADO warnings for GTA.
