To add to that, HUD systems (holograms) have saved many lives since it's introduction, as it allows you to see your speed, and other info without having to look down through or around steering wheels, Taking your eyes off the road. It only takes a second of distraction for an accident to happen. So yes.... Holograms exist, even so basic, but It proves it's possible.

My older brother had 2 of them the size of shelf speakers and the multicolor lights "Danced" to music, or even voices. @Tbomb187 Thats technically not a hologram but rather a reflective effect of the windshield. Same technology as reflex optics for weapons and the HUD in air craft. Essentially just shines a laser on to a mirror which reflects it onto the glass / or onto a viewing plate in front of the glass. NOT a hologram.

@joeis2pro in my opinion this is not "stupid" is actually more complicated that you think, to make this it takes some time and will teach you a little about electronics if you don't know any programming it will help you to understand some basics, I am a Programmer (Not an Expert or Anything) and I made my first cube like this one (3*3*3), I programmed my own animations, I sell those at $50 each, and the big ones (8*8*8) at $300 or more depending on LED Colors and Animations.
