On reguarding the song The moondoggies song this commercial ripped off is called 'The Undertaker.

This song is ripping off a Seattle band called The Moondoggies. Female vocals are different, but melody is the exact same. Their albums called 'Don't be a Stranger" Its great. Better in my opinion that much more nationally known seattle folkys Fleet Foxes.
