  • Awesome vid really liked it was very pro like

  • I've just upgraded to an AIR. Brilliantly conceived. Wireless is flawless. I never used the drive when mobile anyway. Nothing unnecessary on it. The keyboard feel and height is just right and so comfortable. Instant on is the way to go. And it's robust and light; No the screen isn't going to break in your backpack; bulk doesn't mean strength; most PCs are cheap plastic anyway.

  • the review is very professional

and has a pros and cons of the product.

    thumbs up!

  • I'm considering to buy a MacBook Air, but it seems a bit fragile. If I put it in my backpack, I'm afraid the screen or somethign will break.

  • You guys are the best .I was thinking about getting an macbook air

  • I wonder what's next.. Macpaper?

  • When you held it up i thought it was cardboard it was so thin!

I think ill get a MacBook Pro instead though. i cant stand a computer without a disk drive.

  • if you take the screen and keyboard off it would be even thiner lol

  • Macbook Air giveaway at Macbook7. com. It's your lucky day! wonderful video...

  • this looks like a sheet of paper no one clumsy buy this computer!!!!!!

  • My eyeglass is lighter than this but I have to change the lense casue I

cannot see. what is point of having something VERY light

when it is IN fact not able to do MOST ? With that price I got Sager NP 5797

with Geforce Graphic card GTXM on it with almost eny ports you need, Quad

processor. so why use this mac for ? Is it becasue the operating system is good and not crash so much ? So called Unix like operating system ?

  • im so getting one as soon as apple bumps up the speed a bit more and gives a redesign of the hardware (which i know is coming soon). my current computer (15 inch powerbook) is so dam heavy i cant even stand it anymore... i hate lugging it around to class from home and on the train. and watching a movie laying down is such a pain in the ass cuz of how heavy it is and it gets REAL hot. i still love it and it still works darn good for being 5 years old, but i cant wait to sell it and get the air!!

  • This computer is pretty much a super netbook.

  • I prefer to think of it as a middle ground between netbook and laptop. Large screen and keyboard are nice, weight is low. The things everyone crys about (ethernet, usb, disk drive) are meaningless in my opinion. I rarely use the usb on my current laptop and with the wireless access capabilities don't need a CDdrive/ethernet.

Tbh there's an extra $500 in the price for having the hottest laptop out atm. And whether it's worth it is completely subjective.

  • Yes I think the same the usb port is not a big problem because you can use a usb hub. The optical drive does not matter because it is designed to be portable.

  • I do this using my PCs at home..I mean the wireless drive thing so its not a feature its lam...talking about the device..

But that was a one great review..:)

  • its really thin

  • If it didn't cost soo much more than the regular already tiny macbook it would be a consideration.

  • Thanks for the feedback! We always like to hear from users.

  • Its actually a very good notebook. I thought it was shitty when it came out, but now i realise the only bad thing about this amazing computer is the price. And a pro would be that you could fit it inside a manila envelope for any of your silly shenanigans
