I think it is tragic that he is being held accountable for something that the US government has been doing, is doing, and continuing to do to Native Americans. I am an Algonquin from Quebec.I was shot through the head for stealing a light bulb when I was fifteen. I was granted three thousand dollors. I had to give my lawyer five hundred and two thousand to my late mom,s exspences. This all went down at about the same time Mr. peltier was arrested. I suffer physically and emotionally .
