@MrGekko1212 as stated at the top by the owner, he was a rescue who had toes missing from previous bad sheds and was in a tank with no uvb or humidity before he rescued him, but he has been getting him back to better health now.
The bulb looks close on this video but even if he could jump up off the log he couldn't hit it. he can't burn himself from there even if he made a real effort. i've seen too many reptiles with bulb burns not to take that into consideration. I appricate you have the tegus best interests at heart here but you are wrong im glad to say.
Yeah, he has a few toes missing as well from bad sheds. He was a rescue, I believe that he was in a tank with no uvb and no humidity. He's improved a fair bit since I've had him and he's bulked up a lot as well because he was very underweight. I guess he'll never recover 100% from a bad start but I'd say he's about 90% now. He also looks worse on these vids as he can't seem to walk on this carpet very well, he handles flat surfaces a whole lot better!

He catches his claws on the carpet, if he's chaisng food or on a smooth floor he walks completely diffrently.
