  • 1 Feb. 2012 ... May I be among the first to wish you the best of Imbolc (today, tomorrow, or the 12th), the protection of Brigid (who is also a character in MAGGIE QUICK), and the joy of Whistle Pig Day (tomorrow)!

  • Be sure to click SEE ALL at the right of VIDEO RESPONSES (above) and watch all the videos about MAGGIE QUICK and the novel's authors!

  • Man, I need to save up 25 bucks so I can read this book! Also, the little girl is cute as a button. :D

  • Can't wait to read it. The promo is marvelous! Thx, Eleanor, for passing it my way!

  • Thanks for your comment! Be prepared for hair-raising action and magical moments! While walking five miles each day, Eleanor and I discovered that we share Irish-American roots. My Great Aunt Margaret used to tell stories based on Irish myth and legend. Eleanor's mother passed along Grandmother Kirkpatrick's Irish folklore. Eleanor and I wove these narratives into our novel, set in an Irish-American town that is a hybrid of our hometowns. May your feet never touch the sidewalk!

  • I love this promo! I can't wait to read the book! Eleanor and Bob, Congrats!
