I was on a train coming back from work one evening when there was a commotion caused by a gang of aggressive youths especially one complete Psycho. He subsequently physically attacked a passenger by savagely hitting with a Bailey Irish Cream bottle the side of the guy's head. I later gave a Police statement saying the attacker had "murder in his eyes". Though caught he pleaded guilty to a minor change and was given a non-custodial sentence.

The main reason I became interested in this case is that it involves State Apparatchiks & it's obedient judiciary claiming that they have jurisdiction over what is published on the Internet despite the fact that the "publishing", ie, the server's location is in a jurisdiction, the US, where it is not illegal to publish this kind of stuff.
