There's a glitch where you can use any weapon during a drive by. First you have to empty the clip of the Uzi or other sub machine gun....then choose the weapon you want to do a drive by. Do the weapons cheat while you have the do drive by cheat activated and you'll use the weapon you have selected as a drive by weapon. I found this out by accident. I wish I still had the game to upload it on here.

i know a glitch i found when i was playing two players with my friend:

out in the water near island 3 there is a helicopter that is parked in the water, you must be playing two players otherwise it won't work.

player number 2 takes the helicopter, and player number 1 must throw player number 2 out of the helicopter likes he was stealing it from him/her.

you will see the glitch right away, coz number 2 can't swim anymore, he/she walks in the water like it where land. but you can't get up.

on the mullholland house blue hell, if you have a longer health bar, and its full, you can jump from any height and and you wont die no matter what. oh and dont use a parachute.
