  • Hi I plan to cook the same for a dinner, wanted to know does the fish balls stay intact while cooking and not break? what if I fry them just like meat balls which is better ?

  • this is my all time favorite moroccan dish!!!!

  • This was very good the night I made it, but it was FANTASTIC for lunch the next day, cold from the refrigerator. Thanks for another great recipe!

  • seems like a long time to cook the fish doesn't it get rubbery?

Vous avez un compte sur facebook?

  • ys about the tagine, cant find one where i live now, so if i cook this in a deep pot lid does hat impact he temperature I cook it at? or th time it takes to cook? or the quality of th food? do I have to add more water , probably stir than just let cook as you do in a tagine? thank you, those answers would also help with all th other tagine recipes, is a great recipe, my mom used to make it this way and i am happy to have found it, hank you so much really

  • Thank you for another great recipe. I have a question about the tajine, is there any specific reason you cooked this in it? can i just do it in a regular pot ar it won;t be as good?

  • You can use a normal pot of course, but the tagine has a special flavor, no matter what are the ingredients, you should taste it to know what I am talking about.

  • @sousoukitchen Oh I see, I don't own one because we never use it in our cuisine. I was debating with myself if I should buy one or not, if it's real worth it, thanks for the reply next time I'm at ikea I would definitely get it.

  • @sammie1207, The tagine from Ikea is not the same that we sell in Morocco. The first one has only the form of the Moroccan tagine, it's a normal non-stick heavy pan (such as a Teflon), with a lid, no more.

The tagine in Morocco is made from clay, it has a special and unique flavor, of course so much better than the one from Ikea.

  • @sammie1207

You can get it in EBAY too! Just search it there and you will see.
