This is from the 1964 record Soothing Sounds for Baby, and is at least mostly from synths he built with his own two hands. I believe he owned a few other keyboards and used them, it's possible they're on here, but I'm pretty sure it's 100% Scott synths. He worked on your Hit Parade in the 50s almost solely to fund his experiments, and it's estimated he spent close to a million dollars, back then, on building his Electronium, a device he constantly reworked and later decimated for parts.
@mobile513 - Scott was indeed a musical wizard! I just learned his name last night, read his online bio and am still in astonished awe this morning...
And it's because of a video of Al Hirt & Boston Pops performing 'The Toy Trumpet'. I knew it sounded like Leroy Anderson, then principal arranger for the Pops, but then I saw Scott's name & had to know more. He's the father of the music of Looney Toons & Merrie Melodies & the inspiration for Bob Moog (Synthesizer).
@chkjns - neede more room.............So, I created a Raymond Scott playlist & added this to my 1964 list. My goal is to lead people to the best music they've never heard, so my 450 playlists cover over 300 artists, like Scott, some genres & instruments, & there's a list for every year since 1900. Listen like you've stepped back in time. It's a historical archive where I hope people will sit in awe as they hear a piece like this from 1964, thanks to rocket9395!

Sounds like it was done with overlaying tracks of Hammond Novachord. Wow...how early was this piece...50s? It's gorgeous.
