im sure jesus did not die of cardiac arrest but we could be wrong because remember his lungs were filling with blood and water and when that happens the pulmonary veins going back to the heart fill up and drown the heart. thats because the pulmonary veins carry oxygen to the heart so it could function. if it carries blood and water then the heart is not getting oxygen and it leads to heart failure
