Its available Amazon MP3 and probably iTunes as well. It's "The Thrill is Gone" by BB King with Eric Clapton. It's on BB King's album "80".

It's hard to find since Eric Clapton isn't noted anywhere on Amazon, but just find the song on the "80" album and that's the one.
