Its simple really, the story lack substance, and most of it involves either Ichigo saving someone or increasing his power. The battles lack originality really, The only half unique part of the series is the settings for it all.

I regretfully say your wrong about it beating all of them. Try watching more then the mainstream fad series and you discover some real gems.

Its getting that way, but with the flow of Anime's and Manga increaseing, the untouched ideas are few and far inbetweent.

i dont dislike bleach but i dont think its the best anime in the world

there are many animes series which have better plots and things happening during it due to ichigo having to save the world all the time kinda repetitive but bleach is good still but definitly not the best
