you cant use it on a GBA, if you could he would be using a GBA, not an emulator. not all games for emulators are also on the real system. yes, you are correct that there are gameslike this for PC, but theyre browser based, so in other words, theyre emulation.

I bought a link cable for SP to SP play and just plugged into a USB to a computer so the gameplay was displayed on my computer screen then I simply used the HyperCam to record the window. I swear it seems like it is the thing on GamersHood but believe me it is the same files and all just saved in a GBA format and put into a cartridge.

Nope. Not for me. It is a modded cartridge I made for SP so my description is a lie. I downloaded the arcade game that IS in fact on PC onto an SP cartridge.

Yeah I know. I need to change it. And it is for Gameboy Advance SP there would be no way to control a first-person shooter. Plus, with the limits of buttons and lacking of good graphics an arcade style is all the SP can support.
